PSE Development builds a variety of quality affordable houses at reasonable prices to suit our client’s individual preferences. We have appointed bond originators to assist our clients with the bond application process.
We offer basic house packages which allow the client to choose his/her own tiles and paint colour throughout the house and their own bathroom set colour.
At an extra cost clients may specify other particulars which include aluminum window frames and showers prior to construction or may fit these extras later to keep the price of the house to a minimum.
Our houses range from 45m2 to 82m2 with an option of adding a garage to any one of our house types. The most popular houses are our 50m2 and 72m2which include two or three bedrooms, kitchen and lounge as well as a separate bathroom
Years of experience in the affordable housing industry has helped us refine our construction sites and the materials we use so that every house is finished to the highest standard. We have been a member of the NHBRC for 8 years and all our completed houses have a 5 year NHBRC structural guarantee.
The average house takes three months to complete from the time of construction commencement. Our sales and office staff will keep you up to date throughout the building process and will be more than happy to assist with any queries.
